Adding a user by Phone number or Email address.
With Hik Connect, you can share your CCTV app with others.
There can be only 1 main user with Hik Connect App and this is the device that scans the QR code or enters the serial number.
All users must first download the Hik Connect App and register, if they want to be added to a CCTV system.
Other users are added by the main user sending them a join request from their Hik Connect app.
When you share your Hik connect CCTV app with others, they can view your live CCTV, receive notifications and view playback. You can control which cameras others can see and functions they have. This can be done at any time from the main users app.
Once you have added your CCTV to your smart device, follow the steps below to add a user.
Step 1, Click on the more tap at the bottom right of the main camera view page.
Step 2, Click on the Manage Sharing Setting Tab.
Step 3, Click on the share device tab at the bottom of the page.
Step 4, At the top of the page, enter an email address or a mobile number of the person that you want to share your CCTV with.
The person that your are sharing your CCTV with, will of either registered by Email address or Mobile number.
The CCTV recipient will now receive a notification on their Hik Connect app, The notification will ask the recipient to accept and ave the request.
It the notification does no appear with in 3 minutes, Try restarting the Hik Connect App.

All you need to do is creating an account and adding device into the account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale.
